Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy and objectives of the company in alignment with its overall business goals. Your role will involve driving financial planning and analysis, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting exercises. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, controlling, reporting, tax planning, and auditing. Monitoring cash flow and working capital will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights on profitability, cost management, and growth opportunities. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, both local and global, including accounting standards, corporate laws, and tax compliances. - Establish proper risk and compliance frameworks and ensure their effective implementation. - Guide the Legal team in providing comprehensive legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to corporate secretarial compliances, managing any litigation matters, and handling regular legal and contracting responsibilities. - Identify domain and process improvement opportunities, leveraging technology tools to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency. - Foster a positive team culture with high engagement, continuously enhancing team capabilities and future-readiness through ongoing upskilling initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations. - Leadership skills to nurture a positive team culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
