Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization. The CFO ensures financial integrity, drives long-term growth, manages risk, and provides strategic financial guidance to the executive team and Board.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives, investments, and M&A
• Present financial performance and forecasts to the Board of Directors

Financial Management & Planning

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management processes
• Maintain strong financial governance and policies
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators

Treasury & Capital Management

• Manage capital structure, debt, equity, and fundraising activities
• Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements
• Optimize cash management and liquidity planning

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and treasury teams
• Build scalable financial systems and processes
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA, CPA, CA, or CFA preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director)
• Experience with strategic planning, financial modeling, and business partnering
• Industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
