The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company s financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting long-term business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
itor and manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
Ensure effective risk management through insurance, legal, and internal controls.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive business performance and ision-making.
Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Assess and improve financial systems, ERP tools, and operational efficiency.
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA Completion.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
15 years of senior financial leadership experience (ideally including CFO or VP Finance role).
Proven experience in strategic financial planning and corporate finance.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising (especially for publicly traded or private equity-backed companies, if applicable).

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Manufacturing.
Prior involvement in IPO, M&A, or high-growth scaling environments.
Familiarity with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar ERP systems.
