Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance and accounts function. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and driving financial growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance.
• Implement effective internal controls and financial reporting systems.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and cost optimization.
• Provide financial insights for decision-making at the leadership level.
• Build strong vendor, banking, and investor relationships.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification required.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
• Proven track record of financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
