Key Responsibility

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the management team on long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts for all business units.
• Analyze financial performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
• Manage project-wise cash flows and fund requirements.
• Monitor utilization of funds and ensure timely disbursements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Develop and maintain robust MIS systems for timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide insights on financial performance, profitability, and variance analysis.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key

• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow management, and project costing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  15-20 years

  of experience in finance, with at least

  5 years in a senior leadership role

  in the

  real estate industry

  .

• Knowledge:

  In-depth understanding of real estate project finance, taxation, regulatory compliance, and capital markets.
