Chief Finance Officer - Manufacturing

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) position based in Sonipat requires a candidate with over 20 years of experience in finance leadership, specifically within the manufacturing industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the organization's goals in both OEM and aftermarket markets. Your role will involve providing strategic insights to drive profitability and growth, leading long-term financial planning processes, and overseeing financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and cash flow management. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory for this role, along with a proven track record in corporate finance, cost optimization, and capital management. You will be expected to manage capital allocation and funding strategies to support business expansion, evaluate investment opportunities, and drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing operations and supply chains. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness and profitability. In terms of compliance, you will ensure adherence to statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards, while establishing and maintaining robust internal controls and risk management frameworks. Your expertise in financial analytics will be crucial for supporting strategic decision-making, monitoring key financial metrics, and providing insights to support product diversification, market expansion, and M&A activities. As the CFO, you will play a key role in managing share-related activities, equity structuring, and shareholder relations, as well as overseeing corporate finance activities such as debt management and financial restructuring.
