About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

to lead V2 Retail into its next phase of growth in India s fast-moving value fashion market. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company s strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring operational and financial excellence across the business. This role demands strong leadership, sharp market instincts, and the ability to navigate a competitive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the company s long-term strategy for growth and profitability.

Lead and inspire the leadership team to deliver excellence across all business functions.

Identify and act on market opportunities to expand the brand s footprint.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners.

Drive innovation in product, service, and customer engagement.

Ensure company values, culture, and ethics are upheld at all times.

Requirements

15+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a top management role.

Strong background in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries.

Proven track record in scaling businesses and delivering sustainable growth.

Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and execution skills.

Strong financial acumen and market insight.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration or related field.
