The Opportunity

We believe the journey to parenthood is built on hope, science, and deep compassion. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our mission-driven team and shape the future of fertility care in Nepal. This role is more than a leadership position—it is an opportunity to transform lives by expanding access, strengthening services, and bringing the joy of family to thousands. As CEO, you will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and a deeply patient-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the organization’s long-term vision and strategic roadmap, aligned with the mission of making parenthood possible for all.
  • Lead the expansion of a multi-branch network, ensuring consistency in quality and accessibility of care across Nepal.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, positioning the organization as a premier destination for both local and international patients.

2. Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including clinical, laboratory, nursing, and administration.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, P&L management, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Promote accessible care through patient-friendly financial models, such as EMI schemes, without compromising service quality.

3. Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Head Embryologist to uphold and enhance clinical excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with national and international healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Support ongoing efforts to sustain and improve IVF success rates through innovation and continuous improvement.

4. Culture & Patient-Centric Values

  • Embody and promote the core value of "parental affection in all aspects of leadership.
  • Foster a compassionate, respectful, and integrity-driven workplace culture.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for sensitive patient concerns, ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related discipline. A clinical background is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi-site healthcare setting.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, P&L ownership, and driving sustainable business growth.
  • Experience in fertility, women’s health, or a similarly patient-sensitive healthcare sector is highly desirable.

Who You Are

  • A visionary leader who can inspire and unify multidisciplinary teams around a shared mission.
  • Empathetic and deeply committed to patient care, with a strong understanding of the emotional dimensions of the fertility journey.
  • A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and a track record of sound decision-making.
  • An effective communicator who builds trust with clinicians, staff, board members, and patients.
  • A principled professional, upholding the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and clinical excellence.
