We are seeking a visionary, high-energy, and battle-tested Chief Executive Officer to serve as the primary catalyst for our next phase of exponential growth. This is not a "maintenance" role; we need a leader who loves the grit of manufacturing, the heat of the sales market, and the challenge of building a legacy brand.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Market Leadership (Sales & Marketing)

• Architect the master strategy to expand Amod’s market footprint across regional and national territories.
• Drive aggressive sales targets and oversee the marketing engine to build brand equity in the competitive spice and FMCG sector.
• Identify new market trends and consumer insights to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

2. Operational Excellence (Manufacturing & Product Development)

• Oversee the manufacturing plant to ensure "best-in-class" production efficiency, cost-optimization, and zero-waste goals.
• Spearhead the Product Development (R&D) team to launch innovative, high-quality spice blends and food products that resonate with the modern palate while maintaining traditional authenticity.

3. Financial Stewardship (Finance & Accounts)

• Take full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure robust financial health through meticulous budgeting, cash flow management, and ROI-focused investment strategies.
• Lead fundraising or credit-line negotiations to fuel expansion if required.

4. Organizational Building (HR & Culture)

• Act as the "Culture-in-Chief," attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
• Work with the HR Manager to build a high-performance team and a workplace where commitment and meritocracy thrive.

5. Governance & Compliance (Statutory & Legal)

• Ensure the company is a gold standard for compliance, overseeing all FSSAI regulations, labor laws, GST, and corporate legalities.
• Mitigate risks across the supply chain and manufacturing operations.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

• The Mindset: You are a "Growth Catalyst." You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You are deeply committed, resilient, and view challenges as opportunities to outpace the competition.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, or VP Sales/Operations). Experience in the food/spice industry is a significant advantage.
• Education: MBA from a premier institute or an equivalent degree in Management.
• Skills:
• Mastery in multi-departmental coordination.
• Sharp financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional public speaking and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Indian retail landscape and distribution networks (General Trade & Modern Trade).
