The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, deep operational experience, and the ability to scale diverse hospitality verticals under a unified vision. 🏗️ Key Responsibilities: 📈 Business Strategy & Growth: Define and implement short-term and long-term business strategies. Expand footprint through new hotel projects, catering contracts, and brand collaborations . Lead the company through a phase of digital transformation and market diversification . 🏨 Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end operations across catering services, hotel units, banquets, and events . Streamline SOPs and introduce process efficiencies inspired by QSR best practices . Strengthen back-end functions including supply chain, procurement, and quality control . 📊 P&L & Financial Management: Full ownership of the P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives. Lead pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and revenue management. 🤝 Team & Culture Building: Build and mentor senior leadership across operations, sales, HR, and finance. Proven Success: Track record of driving multi-location growth, digital adoption, and profitability improvements .
