Arbor Clothing Co. is a fast-fashion knitwear distribution brand with a strong presence across 18+ Indian states. With, a robust network of 100+ distributors, and our products retailed in more than 3,000+ multi-brand outlets. Our production operations are based in Ludhiana, with our head office in Jaipur.

Recently, we have launched KOR, our new-age essential wear brand, rooted in minimalism, functional design, and sustainability, representing the future direction of our business.

The Role

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and sustainability values.
• Build and scale high-performing cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and production.
• Be the company’s face for media, investors, and public platforms, including social media.
• Drive national-level brand strategy for both Arbor and KOR, leveraging innovation and market insights.
• Foster a performance-oriented culture that prioritizes growth, agility, and purpose-led branding.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the fashion/apparel/lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record in scaling consumer brands across India.
• Strong team-building and people management skills; ability to inspire and lead large teams.
• Experience in investor relations, digital brand presence, and managing company PR.
• A forward-thinking mindset with an appreciation for sustainability and design thinking.
