The Role We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Arbor Clothing Co. and its newly launched brand, KOR, into the next phase of national growth and digital relevance. The CEO will be the driving force behind organizational leadership, investor communication, and public representation, with a key focus on brand-building, modern team leadership, and strategic expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and sustainability values. Build and scale high-performing cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and production. Be the company’s face for media, investors, and public platforms, including social media. Drive national-level brand strategy for both Arbor and KOR, leveraging innovation and market insights. Foster a performance-oriented culture that prioritizes growth, agility, and purpose-led branding. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of leadership experience in the fashion/apparel/lifestyle industry. Proven track record in scaling consumer brands across India. Strong team-building and people management skills; ability to inspire and lead large teams. Experience in investor relations, digital brand presence, and managing company PR. A forward-thinking mindset with an appreciation for sustainability and design thinking.
