Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management:

  Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial reports, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.

• GST Reconciliation:

  Prepare and reconcile GST returns, ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, and liaise with auditors or consultants as needed.

• Bookkeeping:

  Maintain day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software, ensure all financial entries are complete and accurate, and reconcile bank statements regularly.

• Office Administration:

  Oversee general office operations including inventory management, procurement of office supplies, filing systems, and maintenance of administrative records.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, schedule meetings, and support other departments as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative roles (5+ years)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and tax compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
