Accounts & Finance Duties:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for all branches/outlets
• Ensure timely preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, GST returns, TDS, ESI/PF filings
• Monitor cash flow, credit management, and cost controls
• Supervise daily entries, ledger reconciliation, and system reports (Tally/ERP)
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure compliance
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and MIS to management
• Ensure accurate billing, stock reconciliation, and petty cash management
• Handle banking operations, loan documentation, and fund movement

Public Relations / Liaison Duties:

• Act as liaison with tax officials, vendors, auditors, and legal advisors
• Represent the company in government-related registrations, inspections
• Maintain official correspondence with stakeholders and authorities
• Support legal/regulatory matters such as FSSAI, D&O licenses, local body permissions

Team Supervision:

• Manage the accounts team across outlets
• Assign tasks, train staff on updates (like GST, audit readiness)
• Ensure team discipline, data accuracy, and reporting hierarchy

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of retail accounts, taxation, and ERP software
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills for external coordination
• Leadership with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English, Malayalam (must), and basic Hindi
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
