Chemical Production Operator

You will be responsible for supporting plating chemical and specialty chemical manufacturing processes as a Chemical Production Operator (ITI). Your main duties will include assisting in chemical batch preparation, operating and monitoring reactors, maintaining process parameters, supporting production activities, performing basic maintenance, material handling, ensuring housekeeping, adhering to safety protocols, recording production data, assisting in equipment cleaning and waste handling. Qualification Required: - ITI Chemical Plant Operator / Process Operator (mandatory) - Undergraduate / Diploma Chemist Additional Company Details: We are a company operating in the Chemical / Pharma / Plating Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in chemical batch preparation, charging raw materials, and handling process equipment. - Operate and monitor reactors, mixing vessels, filtration units, pumps as per SOP. - Maintain accurate process parameters (temperature, pH, time, agitation). - Support chemists/engineers in day-to-day production activities. - Carry out basic maintenance like tightening, cleaning of equipment. - Perform material handling, transfer, weighing, and packing. - Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in the production area. - Adhere strictly to safety protocols, use of PPE, and safe chemical handling practices. - Record daily production data and report abnormalities immediately. - Assist in equipment cleaning, changeovers, and waste handling. Candidate Requirements: - Qualification: ITI Chemical Plant Operator / Process Operator (mandatory) / Undergraduate / Diploma Chemist - Experience: 03 years (freshers with good attitude may apply) - Industry: Chemical / Pharma / Plating Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals Skills & Competencies: - Basic knowledge of chemical handling and industrial safety. - Ability to understand and follow SOPs, batch sheets, and supervisor instructions. - Familiarity with glass reactors, pumps, valves, and filters (preferred). - Physically fit and capable of working in a chemical plant environment. - Team player with willingness to learn. - ITI in Chemical Plant Operator, Process Operator, or Lab Assistant (Chemical Plant). - Prior experience in chemical, plating, pharma, or process plant operations is an added advantage.,
