Stock management, coordination for consumables and spares, overseeing failures, implementing preventive and corrective actions for internal and external complaints, blocking non-conforming equipment and parts, and following applicable QMS requirements are also key responsibilities. The required education and experience for this role include a university degree or diploma in science/engineering, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a shift lead or engineer in the mechanical/service industry, and knowledge of PVD/CVD coating technology is recommended.
