*About the Role:* NIRMAAN AOUDHYOGIK RASAYAN PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an experienced and results-driven Chemical Engineer to lead operations at our state-of-the-art chemical manufacturing facility, with a focus on Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin production. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient plant functioning, regulatory compliance, and continual process optimization aligned with our commitment to quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations at the Salicylaldehyde and Coumarin production plant. Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for process development and continuous improvement. Lead troubleshooting efforts and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of operational data, batch parameters, and performance reports. Train and supervise plant personnel to ensure operational excellence and safety culture. *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical plant operations, ideally in specialty chemicals or intermediates. Proven expertise in process safety management, plant troubleshooting, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
