Design and Develop:

Create processes and equipment for manufacturing products by altering raw materials. 

Research & Innovation:

Conduct research to develop new products, processes, and technologies, often using process simulation software. 

Optimize Processes:

Analyze and improve existing processes for safety, efficiency, and quality. 

Ensure Compliance:

Develop and oversee safety procedures for handling hazardous chemicals and ensure processes meet environmental regulations. 

Manage Production:

Design and plan equipment layouts, oversee installation and testing, and monitor the performance of production systems.
