Chemical Engineer

Responsible for designing, optimizing, and supervising chemical processes to ensure efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control plant operations to maintain process efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and optimize chemical processes for improved yield and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Analyze process data and troubleshoot deviations or equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
• Support commissioning of new equipment or process modifications.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and process documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–8 years in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, or chemical manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Process design, mass & heat balance, process simulation, safety standards, and equipment operation.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and process software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS preferred).

• Energy and cost optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
