Primary Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership.

- Develop and implement business strategy: Align O&M operations with company goals and objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.

• Operational Oversight.

- Manage daily operations: Oversee O&M activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

- Monitor performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.

• Maintenance and Reliability.

- Develop maintenance strategies: Implement proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

- Ensure reliability: Focus on reliability-centered maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

• Safety and Compliance

- Ensure safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, assets, and the environment.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies

• Continuous Improvement.

- Identify areas for improvement: Analyze operations and maintenance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implement changes: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality

• Stakeholder Management

- Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

- Internal stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align O&M operations with company goals

• Business Growth:

- Drive market expansion through OEM partnerships, new alliances, and diversification.

Financial Performance: - Achieve revenue targets, maintain healthy margins, and ensure financial sustainability.
