Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef based in Kanha . The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements while showcasing creativity and quality. Day-to-day tasks include managing the kitchen's operations, sourcing fresh and local ingredients, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborating with the team to provide guests with delightful culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  seasonal, multi-cuisine menus

  (Indian, Continental, and fusion).
• Manage

  day-to-day kitchen operations

  , including sourcing fresh and local ingredients.
• Ensure

  strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

  standards.
• Oversee

  inventory management, procurement, and cost control

  .
• Demonstrate

  culinary innovation

  while adapting to diverse dietary needs.
• Collaborate with the team to create

  exceptional guest experiences

  through food.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in

  Culinary Arts or Hotel Management

  .
• Open to Freshers with keen interest but previous experience in a

  resort, lodge, or fine-dining kitchen

  is a plus

  .

• Proficiency in

  multi-cuisine preparation

  and

  menu innovation

  .
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Willingness to relocate

  to Kanha, Madhya Pradesh.
