Position of Hiring : CHEF No.of.Vacancies : 2 Hiring Location : Sivakasi Town Salary Range : INR 40 Thousand to INR 45 Thousand per month (Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate) Roles and Responsibilities Menu Planning and Preparation: Creating customized menus that align with client preferences, dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, allergies), and seasonal ingredients. Ingredient and InventoryManagement: Storing, and organizing ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness. Cooking and Food Preparation: Preparing meals according to instructions and recipes, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Plating and Presentation: Creating visually appealing and delicious meals, ensuring proper plating and presentation. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cooking equipment and utensils. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Hotel Management Sc in Catering Service Diploma in Hotel Management Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management Experience Must possessing 5 star hotel experience. 3 – 5 yrs experience in Hotel industry as Chef. Chef having experience as personal chef is more preferrable. Skills Must be good in South Indian and North Indian Dishes.
