🎯 What We’re Looking For:

A creative, hands-on Chef with a flair for flavor and an eye for innovation. You’ll be the mind (and taste buds!) behind new-age products — from reinventing mithai to crafting next-gen fusion snacks.

This role goes beyond cooking — it’s about leading the full R&D lifecycle: from concept to kitchen to shelf. You’ll create, test, standardize, launch, and scale — all while building and mentoring a culinary team that can replicate your vision across our outlets.

🍴 What You’ll Do:

• Dream up new products across namkeens, mithai, fusion snacks & bakery
• Experiment, taste-test, refine, and perfect your creations
• Standardize recipes & processes with clear SOPs for consistency
• Collaborate with production, packaging, and retail teams for launches
• Build and lead a kitchen innovation team to roll out products at scale
• Stay ahead of market trends and ensure every bite is on point with customer tastes

👨‍🍳 Who You Are:

• A chef with strong experience in Indian sweets, namkeens, or modern/fusion snacks
• Passionate about experimenting and pushing creative boundaries
• Strong in execution — balancing creativity with commercial practicality
• Able to develop & document processes for replication across locations
• Leadership experience or ambition to build and manage a team
• Culinary degree/diploma is a plus — but great taste and great ideas matter most
