Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Retail Outlet In-charge. The Retail Outlet In-charge will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing staff, enhancing the customer experience, maintaining store cleanliness and order, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing operational strategies for store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Proficient in Operations Management and Store Management
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
• Previous experience in a retail management role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
