Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, dim sums, sauces, etc. Plan and execute daily kitchen operations for the Chinese section. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely food service. Manage inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies. Train junior kitchen staff when required. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Requirements:Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant or hotel. Expertise in wok cooking and traditional Chinese cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed. The candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, creativity, and a passion for delivering high-quality European and international dishes. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook Continental dishes, including pastas, grills, salads, sauces, breads, and desserts. Create appealing and well-balanced menus for Continental offerings. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Oversee kitchen operations for the Continental section. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times. Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement of ingredients. Train and guide kitchen assistants and junior chefs. Requirements:Proven work experience as a Continental Chef in a restaurant, café, or hotel. Strong understanding of European culinary techniques and plating styles. Ability to multitask and work efficiently during rush hours. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
