Assist in day-to-day factory operations and production processes. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are in their designated places. Monitor production lines for workflow efficiency and report any issues to supervisors. Perform basic quality checks on products and report defects. Help maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor (following 5S or similar protocols). Assist with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and material movement. Support the maintenance team by reporting equipment malfunctions or safety hazards. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company procedures. Provide administrative support as needed (logging data, maintaining reports, etc.).
