Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Mohali district. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of millet-based dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards, and managing kitchen inventory. Additionally, the Chef will adhere to nutrition guidelines and collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and cooking dishes, particularly millet-based recipes
Experience in kitchen management and inventory control
Understanding of nutrition guidelines and food safety standards
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are beneficial
Prior experience working in a professional kitchen is a plus
