Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes.
  • Menu planning and Food Preparation skills.
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels
  • Collaborate with the management team to create and update the menu
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an South Indian Chef in a professional restaurant / Hotels.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional cuisines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or professional chef training is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • South Indian Cuisine is a must
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cuisines.
  • 4 8 years of experience.
