Job Description: We are looking for an Experienced South Indian Chef in Bengaluru . The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional south Indian dishes, creating new vegetarian menu items, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes. Menu planning and Food Preparation skills. Experience in managing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels Collaborate with the management team to create and update the menu Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Requirements: Proven experience as an South Indian Chef in a professional restaurant / Hotels. Deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional cuisines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or professional chef training is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills South Indian Cuisine is a must Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cuisines. 4 8 years of experience.
