Chef De Partie

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pan Asian Cuisine to join our kitchen team at Sequoia Café. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Pan-Asian dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Pan-Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, etc.) Maintain quality, taste, and presentation as per Sequoia standards Ensure proper mise en place and stock management for your section Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines) Train and guide Commis chefs in your section Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Pan-Asian kitchens (Chinese/Thai/Japanese/Wok skills preferred) Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Team player with a positive and responsible attitude Qualification in culinary arts (preferred, not mandatory) What We Offer Competitive salary Meals on duty Friendly and respectful work culture Opportunity to grow within Sequoia Café
