Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Rasha Bowl in Kozhikode. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and plating dishes in specific sections of the kitchen, supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, monitoring stock and inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with other chefs and team members to create a seamless kitchen workflow and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively
