Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, overseeing junior kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring that all food preparation meets restaurant standards. The role also involves planning menus in collaboration with the head chef, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills in preparing and cooking various dishes
• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to plan menus and manage inventory
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Formal culinary training or relevant certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in a reputed establishment is preferred
