Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Babylon Inn, located in Raipur. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes, managing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and consistency, and adhering to health and safety regulations. This role includes supervising junior kitchen staff, assisting the Head Chef with menu creation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
• Culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
