Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at a japanese restaurant located in Delhi, India. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine, managing a section of the kitchen, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and creation. Qualifications Culinary skills in Japanese cuisine Experience in managing a section of the kitchen Knowledge of menu planning and creation Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Formal culinary training or certification
