Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take full accountability for
kitchen output and team performance
.
Conduct
daily briefings and maintain open feedback loops
.
Oversee
staff scheduling, shift planning, and P&L awareness
.
Collaborate with
FOH, service, and purchasing
teams for seamless operations.
Maintain a positive kitchen culture focused on
discipline, motivation, and morale
.
Ensure compliance with
SOPs, food safety, hygiene
, and quality benchmarks.
Evaluate and support team growth through
skill tests and food trials
.
Use
Google Sheets / Excel
for operations tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
Foster a culture of
adaptability, consistency
, and strong teamwork.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum
6+ years of leadership experience
in a professional kitchen environment.
Demonstrated ability to
manage kitchen operations and cross-functional teams
.
In-depth knowledge of
SOPs, kitchen systems
, and best practices.
Strong
English communication skills
.
Consistent work history with
1.5+ years average tenure
in prior roles.
