The role will involve overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, managing food production and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for training and supervising junior kitchen staff. Qualifications Strong culinary skills such as cooking, baking, and food preparation Experience in managing food production and kitchen operations Knowledge of health and safety standards in a kitchen environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Certification or degree in Culinary Arts or related field Previous experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry Show more Show less
