Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is an asset.
