Job Description

We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from office in permanent mode.

Designation-
Customer Support Associate.
Job Profile-
Have to resolve customer’s query Voice Call
Mandatory Criteria-
Min Graduaction.
Both fresher & experienced can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
Customer Orientation.
Between 09:00am – 09:00pm, 10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1-hour break
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
5 Days working 2 days’ rotational week off
Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
Interview Structure-
HR round - General check. –
Typing Test
OPS round – General Check
Voice Versant (V4 and above)
Client Round – Video Call
Payouts –
Fresher-
14k in hand
Training Can be at night.
Documents Required –
Education Mark sheets
Aadhar Card
Pan Card
Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
Location details for Walkin interview:

Tech Mahindra, DLF2, 3rd Floor, Block B, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156(Opposite of Geetanjali)
