Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide customer support through
chat and email
channels in a non-voice process.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using
CRM software
.
Collaborate with team members to meet process goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and service standards while handling customer communications.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Key Skills Required:

Strong written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of
at least 40 words per minute
.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in
chat/email support
is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Minimum qualification of
+2 / Any Graduate.
Experience:
02 years
in customer support (chat/email) preferred.
Typing Speed: Minimum
40 WPM.
Communication: Strong
written English skills.
Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to the job location.
Tools: Basic knowledge of
CRM systems
and customer service platforms.
