As a Chat Support Executive at our company located in Gurgaon, Sector 48, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and support channels. Your primary duties will include resolving issues such as UPI transactions stuck, undelivered orders, and non-functional coupon codes. It is essential to possess strong problem-solving skills and customer handling abilities to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via chat & support channels. - Resolve issues related to: - UPI transactions stuck - Order not delivered - Applied coupon code not working - Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 2 years of customer support experience in chat or email. - Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills. - Willingness to work in a 9 AM - 9 PM project window. As a permanent or fresher employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund. If you are an immediate joiner and possess the necessary qualifications, we welcome your application.
