About the Role

Walk-In Drive

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle incoming client help requests via telephone, emails, or chat channels with professionalism and courtesy.
Record, track, and document customer queries, resolutions, and outcomes efficiently.
Follow standard procedures and SLA guidelines to resolve client issues promptly.
Access and maintain internal resources and knowledge bases to ensure accurate problem-solving.
Identify patterns and trends from call logs to suggest improvements and prevent recurring issues.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team leader.
Ensure all necessary product information and disclosures are communicated to clients before and after interactions.

Eligibility

Education
: Undergraduate or postgraduate (pursuing candidates are not eligible).
Communication
: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Work Preference
:

Comfortable with night & rotational shifts.
Ready to work from office.

Documentation
: Must possess all government ID proofs (Aadhar and PAN cards) and educational certificates/marksheets.
Location
: Candidates must reside within a 25-30 km radius of the office.
Availability
: Immediate joiners are preferred.
