Job Description

Only qualified CA candidates are preferred for this role

Key Responsibilities:

Audit & Assurance:

Conduct statutory, tax, internal, and management audits for clients across sectors.
Prepare audit reports, working papers, and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Direct & Indirect Taxation:

Manage income tax returns, TDS compliance, GST filings, and tax audits.
Support clients in tax planning, representation, and advisory matters.
Coordinate with tax authorities for notices, scrutiny, and assessments.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Oversee bookkeeping and finalization of accounts for diverse clients.
Prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
Conduct reconciliations and analytical reviews as part of reporting.

Company Law & Compliance:

Ensure timely ROC filings and assist in company secretarial compliance.
Draft board resolutions and maintain statutory registers.

Management Reporting & Client Coordination:

Prepare MIS, budgets, and variance reports as per client needs.
Regularly interact with clients, understand business requirements, and provide financial insights.

Expected Skills & Experience:

Broad exposure during articleship across audit, taxation, accounting, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and relevant tax/accounting software.
Strong analytical and execution skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations independently.
Effective communication and a client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualification:

CA qualified with articleship from a reputed CA firm.
Candidates with multi-domain exposure and client-facing roles during training will be preferred.
