Job Description Manager (Tax & Compliance) Position: Manager Taxation & Compliance Location: Noida Sector 135 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our taxation and compliance practice. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing GST, TDS, and allied compliance matters, managing client relationships, reviewing deliverables, and mentoring a team of consultants. Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end compliance management for clients (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.) Review GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), TDS returns, and reconciliations. Guide clients on tax planning, compliance strategies, and law updates. Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory submissions. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of consultants/executives. Handle departmental notices, assessments, and queries. Conduct financial and tax analysis using advanced Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, MIS reporting). Draft professional client communication, proposals, and advisory notes in MS Word/PowerPoint. Maintain strong client relationships, attend client meetings, and manage deliverables. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws. Excellent command over MS Excel & MS Word (Pivot tables, formulas, data validation, formatting, professional documentation). Strong drafting, presentation, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Team management and leadership skills. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified CA with strong experience. 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in taxation & compliance (including GST and TDS). Prior experience in handling clients independently is a must. You must be an MBA or From CA Background having experience on 5-8 years with Experience in Consulting Company.
