Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Working on accounting & finalization (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Working on returns (PT, GST, TDS, IT, etc.)
Working on auditing (statutory, internal, IT, GST, TP, etc.)
Working on ROC (Pvt Ltd, OPC, LLP, NGO, etc.)
Working on advisory & assessment (DT, IDT, TP, DTAA, 15CA-CB, etc.)
Doing due diligence and startup advisory (DPIIT, 56(2)(viii), etc.)
Planning and implementation of mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers
