Job Description: Linga Group of Companies is looking for a Chartered Accountant to provide high-level financial and strategic support to our Chairman. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and business advisory. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the group's financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for all group companies.
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to the Chairman on key business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment portfolios.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and handle all tax-related matters.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
• Age between 30 to 40 years.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
• Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Tally is essential.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
