Job Description

Job Summary:

Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize
financial statements
,
balance sheets
, and
P&L accounts
in compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct and coordinate
internal and external audits
, including statutory, tax, and cost audits.
Ensure
timely filing of statutory returns
(GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with all legal financial requirements.
Manage
costing and BOM (Bill of Materials)
analysis to support production and pricing decisions.
Monitor and review
day-to-day accounting functions
, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Review and control
inventory accounting
, fixed assets register, and depreciation schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, and sales) for financial planning and control.
Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification Mandatory.
5+ years of relevant experience must be from manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in
finance audits
,
BOM costing
,
accounts finalization
, and
ERP-based accounting systems
.
Excellent knowledge of
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
,
Companies Act
, and applicable tax laws.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and financial ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Good communication and team coordination skills.
