About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Kishangarh. This role is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to apply their knowledge in finance, taxation, and compliance while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.

- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

- Assist in audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits) and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounting records, and reconciliations.

- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 0–1 year (fresher CAs are welcome).

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
