Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Oak Lawn, IL. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing financial advice to management. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, tax preparation, budgeting, and financial planning. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering strategic insights to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial record management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
• Strong skills in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting
• Excellent knowledge of tax preparation and tax laws
• Ability to provide strategic financial advice and insights to management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Must have experience with QuickBooks. Must have a strong resume.
