Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site manager role based in Nagpur. The manager will oversee operations related to ERP Implementation, internal audits, GST monthly compliance, virtual CFO engagements, and more. Additionally, the candidate will manage a team of 4-6 people and handle client interactions. We are seeking a Qualified CA to lead and execute VCFO engagements for select clients.

Please note that the VCFO mandate and accountability will remain with the firm or partner.

5+years post-qualification

CTC: ₹12–15 LPA

The role involves owning execution end-to-end, acting as the primary client interface, and ensuring high-quality financial outcomes.

What you’ll work on:

– Monthly MIS, dashboards & financial analysis

– Budgeting, forecasting & cash-flow planning

– ERP implementation & finance process structuring

– Translating VCFO strategy into on-ground execution

– Managing 2–3 client engagements independently

What we’re looking for:

– Qualified CA with strong hold on financials & MIS

– Hands-on exposure to ERP / automation

– Client-facing maturity & execution ownership

– Comfort working in consulting / advisory environments

This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and impact — without the need to carry solo VCFO risk.
