Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Nagpur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and collaborating with clients to ensure efficient and compliant business processes. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of services, and contributing to internal team projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & day-to-day accounting
• Journal entries & ledger maintenance
• Bank, vendor & customer reconciliations
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Month-end closing support
• GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations)
• TDS calculations & return filing
• Basic Income Tax knowledge
• Handling notices & compliance documentation (with supervision)
• Tally/accounting software
• MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• ERP exposure (SAP, Zoho, Busy – preferred)
• Email & documentation handling
• Preparing monthly MIS reports
• Data accuracy & validation
• Supporting audit & management reporting
• Client coordination & follow-ups
• Vendor & internal team communication
• Ability to explain basic financial data clearly
• Professional email drafting

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Semi-Qualified CA
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
